Kids surely will like it. And for adults, it's perfectly watchable in a Rugrats-y sort of way.. The ethical, independent-minded kid has his unhip charms, and so does Hey Arnold! The Movie.. The coloured pencil tones and quirky-looking characters are likeable, and the plot cuts the sentimentalism with sarky wit and minimum schmaltz..
